3D Site Worx is a busy, locally owned earthmoving business running a modern fleet of the latest Cat machines. We take pride in the quality of our work and look after the people who make it happen — which is why we're growing our crew and looking for skilled operators to join us.

The Role

We're after all-round operators to run our dozer, grader, and excavator across a variety of local sites. Whether you specialise in one machine or can jump between all three, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

- Operating dozer, grader and/or excavator on local earthmoving projects

- Working to plans and site instructions to deliver accurate, quality results

- Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance

- Working safely and looking out for your crew

About You





- Proven experience operating a dozer, grader, and/or excavator

- Final trim GPS & UTS experience is a big plus

- Relevant tickets/licences for the machinery you operate

- Reliable, safety-conscious, and take pride in a clean job
- A team player with a good attitude on site

- Current police check (within the last 12 months) required

- Contactable references required
