Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for ongoing work at a busy metal manufacturing facility in Beenleigh.

This is a hands-on production role working with machinery to manufacture steel products. We’re looking for people who are mechanically minded, confident working around machinery and have previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

AM SHIFT : Mon – Thurs: 6:00am – 2:30pm | Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

PM SHIFT: Mon – Thurs: 2:15pm – 10:45pm | Friday: 11:45am – 5:45pm

You’ll be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to specification.

Duties include:

- Operating production machinery
- Loading and feeding materials
- Monitoring machinery throughout production
- Checking finished products for quality




- Stacking and handling finished products
- Basic machine adjustments
- General manual handling
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in steel, metal or industrial manufacturing
- Experience operating machinery
- Good mechanical aptitude
- The ability to follow production and safety procedures
- A reliable approach to attendance and work
- The ability to perform repetitive manual work
