THE CHANCE





We are seeking Maintenance & Service/Warranty subcontractors in and around the Greater Adelaide region including the Northern and Southern suburbs to undertake routine maintenance and service work in owner occupied homes. This can include:

- Contact owners to arrange maintenance appointments
- Work across various homes to undertake agreed maintenance works
- General Paint work
- Minor plaster works
- Applying sealants and installing grout
- Easing of doors and windows
- Adjusting door locks
- Other ad-hoc maintenance, as required

WHO YOU ARE We're looking for subcontractors who:

- Possess the ability to liaise and communicate with homeowners in a professional polite manner
- Have previous experience in Maintenance and Service/Warranty and/or a trade background in Carpentry, plastering , Painting etc (preferred but not essential);
- Hold a valid White Card/Construction Induction Card.
- Hold a current driver’s license.
- Have own tools, transport, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
- Have public liability insurance.
- Be neatly presented, reliable, honest, trustworthy and take pride in your work
- It is essential to have a smart phone or iPad to receive job write up sheets and to get materials.
