We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Dual Trade Electrician / Fitter to join a busy manufacturing facility in Western Sydney, working on the night shift.

The Opportunity

Working as part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment and machinery running safely and efficiently, minimising downtime and supporting the production team throughout the night.

What's on Offer

- Permanent full-time position
- Night shift: 10:30-11pm – 6:30-7am (38 hours per week, OT available and penalties applied)
- $55-$70 per hour + 30% night shift loading - excellent earning potential with OT.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualifications as an Electrician and Fitter.
- A current NSW Electrical Licence and fitter certificate.




- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach
- The ability to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns
- A strong commitment to safety and quality

Your Responsibilities

- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
- Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical and production equipment
- Minimise equipment downtime and support production continuity
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities
