About the role

Sydney Inline Plumbing is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber who is confident on the tools, excellent with customers and wants to be rewarded for the results they produce. You'll work across residential homes throughout Sydney, diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems, presenting customers with the right options and managing your service calls from start to finish. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to develop further into a higher-performing sales role and, as we continue to grow, a pathway towards leadership.

Key responsibilities

- General residential plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Blocked drains
- CCTV drain inspections
- Sewer and stormwater repairs
- Hot water systems
- Tap and toilet repairs/replacements
- Burst and leaking pipes
- Water and gas leak detection
- Diagnosing plumbing problems and fault finding
- Quoting works

About you

- Strong residential maintenance plumbing experience and can confidently run jobs independently
- Ideally 8+ years of plumbing experience
- Can explain problems and solutions clearly without confusing the customer with trade jargon
- Comfortable quoting work, presenting options and asking for the job
- Enjoy diagnosing difficult plumbing issues and finding the right solution
- Take ownership of your jobs and follow them through
- Reliable and professional – customers and teammates know they can count on you
