Voak is seeking high-performing consultants with program and project management experience across technology transformation initiatives to join our growing technology advisory capability. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following capabilities and attributes:
- Experience leading complex ICT programs and projects for Federal Government and Defence, across domains such as cloud, infrastructure, applications, data or cyber security
- Experience managing complex transformation, change and innovation initiatives for Federal Government and Defence
- Demonstrated capability in integrated transition planning, schedule, and dependency management
- Strong experience identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks and issues, with the judgement to know what needs escalating and what does not
- Experience working across multiple vendors, contracts, and service providers, including transition activities to support onboarding and disengagement
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to remain flexible and effective when managing ambiguity, adapting to evolving priorities and stakeholder needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce governance artefacts, briefing material and executive reporting that stand up to scrutiny
- A commitment to delivery excellence, and a collaborative approach that lifts the people around you
This position requires an NV1 Security Clearance at a minimum and is strictly Canberra based.
