Your role In this role you will lead the identification, development and delivery of Business Development and Partnerships initiatives, co-investment programs and key partnerships, and manages high value stakeholder relationships that strengthen Creative Australia’s public values, whilst supporting Australian artists, creative organisations and sector partners.

What you’ll be doing

- Identifying, developing and securing private-sector co-investment and strategic partnerships that advance Creative Australia priority programs, working adaptively to respond to emerging opportunities and shifting sector conditions, including Australia’s participation at the Venice Biennale and Creative Workplaces.

- Developing and leading high value partnerships that deliver genuine mutual value across prioritised portfolios of health and wellbeing, children and young people, and place (at the intersection of trade and tourism).

- Driving new strategic initiatives that unlock pathways for co-investment and partnerships, including developing compelling propositions, business cases and co-investment proposals that demonstrate the social, cultural and economic value and impact of Australian creativity.





- Leading the development and delivery of the Australian World Heritage Residency, guiding key co-investment relationships and stakeholder engagement, to inform program design and to ensure compliant, well governed investment processes.

- Leading the development and delivery of AusArt Day, driving advocacy and stakeholder engagement that, builds its profile and strengthens its capacity to attract greater private-sector investment in Australian arts and culture.

- Representing Creative Australia in relevant business, philanthropic, investment and industry forums to build relationships and identify opportunities.

- Increasing the visibility and reach of Creative Australia’s private investment and co-investment programs, maintaining and building partnerships that extend engagement with broader and more diverse audiences.

Location:

This role is hybrid, based out of either our Sydney or Melbourne offices. Our standard arrangement is 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We're open to discussing what flexibility around this could look like.
