As Conduct

Risk & Culture Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening risk culture, influencing behaviours and providing oversight across a broad range of conduct and governance initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll help turn complex risk and cultural insights into practical actions that drive better outcomes for the organisation and our stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to combine risk, governance and behavioural thinking in a role that offers genuine variety and impact. You'll contribute to the evolution of key frameworks, support executive and Board-level decision making, and help embed the organisation's target risk culture during an exciting period of maturity and growth. Whether your background is in risk, governance, compliance, organisational psychology or behavioural science,



you'll have the opportunity to influence meaningful change and leave a lasting mark on the organisation.

How will you make an impact?

- Help shape and embed the organisation's target risk culture, driving initiatives that strengthen accountability, awareness and positive risk behaviours.
- Partner with leaders across the business to provide trusted advice, constructive challenge and practical guidance on conduct risk and culture-related matters.
- Analyse risk, conduct and cultural data to identify emerging trends, uncover insights and recommend actions that improve business outcomes.
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of risk culture, conduct risk and governance frameworks, ensuring they remain practical, effective and aligned to organisational needs.
- Prepare clear, insightful reporting and governance materials for senior leaders, Executive Committees and Board forums.
- Monitor actions, obligations and emerging risks, helping ensure issues are identified early and addressed effectively.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen governance, improve risk maturity and support long-term cultural change across the organisation.

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Experience in risk, conduct risk, compliance, governance, organisational psychology, behavioural science, or a related discipline within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical advice,



processes and solutions.
- Experience analysing information, identifying emerging themes and providing clear, evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making.
- A proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels through collaboration, credibility and constructive challenge.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing reports, governance papers, presentations or insights for senior stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and exercise sound judgement when dealing with sensitive or ambiguous matters.
- A curious and proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in culture, behaviour, governance and driving positive organisational outcomes.
