Your Role

As Manager, Freeman House, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the service, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, recovery-oriented programs that support positive outcomes for the people we serve.

In this diverse role you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day operations of Freeman House. You will play a key role in driving service excellence, strengthening clinical governance and continuous improvement, developing strong community partnerships and ensuring the service meets relevant quality,



accreditation and regulatory requirements.
