As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Manager – Finance, Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A; consulting pillar.This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who is equally comfortable building high-performing teams (15%), winning new work (15%), and delivering transformational outcomes for clients (70%).

You will play a pivotal role in expanding TUNDRA's capabilities across:

· Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

· Budgeting & Forecasting

· Finance Systems Transformation

· Enterprise Performance Management

· Economic Evaluation & Investment Analysis

· Commercial Analysis

· Enterprise-Wide Cost Reduction Programs

· Business Improvement & Performance Optimisation

· Data-Driven Decision Support

This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine consulting, leadership, business development, and delivery within a fast-growing specialist consultancy.

What You'll Be Responsible For

LEADING

· Lead, mentor and develop consultants within the Finance, Planning & Analysis practice.

· Establish capability frameworks, career pathways and professional development plans.

· Coach team members in financial analysis, business partnering, economic evaluation, commercial decision-making and consulting skills.

· Provide technical leadership across engagements and support quality assurance of deliverables.

· Foster a culture aligned with TUNDRA's values of Courage, Authenticity, Integrity and Performance.

· Support workforce planning, recruitment and resource management for the practice.

· Identify emerging trends, tools and methodologies across FP&A;, finance transformation and performance management.

· Drive continuous improvement of practice methodologies, tools and standards.





· Create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing.

BUILDING

· Develop and execute growth strategies for the practice.

· Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

· Identify opportunities to expand TUNDRA's service offerings and market presence.

· Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

· Generate new consulting opportunities and achieve business development targets.

· Design and refine TUNDRA's methodologies, frameworks and tools relating to:

- o Finance Business Partnering
- o Budgeting & Forecasting Excellence
- o Cost Reduction & Productivity Improvement
- o Enterprise Performance Management
- o Economic Evaluation
- o Capital Allocation & Investment Governance
- o Commercial Analysis
- o Finance Systems Transformation

· Develop thought leadership content, articles, presentations and industry insights. · Contribute to industry forums, client events and marketing initiatives.

DELIVERING

· Lead Client Engagements and supervise other team members on client engagements

· Personally lead and deliver consulting engagements related to:

o Finance Business Partnering & FP&A; o Budgeting and forecasting process & model transformation o Finance Systems Transformation o Finance process redesign and optimisation o Reporting and analytics enhancement o Commercial & Economic Analysis o Business cases and investment evaluations o Economic modelling and financial valuation o Scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis o Capital portfolio optimisation o Enterprise performance & productivity improvement and cost reduction programs

· Provide Finance, Planning & Analysis expertise across:

o Operations & Technical Excellence o Transactions & Transformations

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

· 10+ years' experience in Finance, FP&A;, Commercial, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting or a related field.

· Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing people.

· Strong commercial acumen and financial capability.

· Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, performance management or finance transformation initiatives.

· Experience leading complex stakeholder engagements.

· Strong project and program management capability.

· Solid stakeholder engagement prowess

Highly Regarded

· Experience within mining, resources, energy, industrial or infrastructure sectors.

· Proven ability to identify, pursue and win new business opportunities.

· Extensive experience with ERP, EPM or finance systems transformations.

· Experience leading enterprise-wide cost reduction or performance improvement programs.

· Exposure to M&A;, integration, separation or transformation programs.

· CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification.

· MBA or postgraduate qualifications.
