About the role

We have an chance for a Manager - IT Financial Management to be part of our IT Asset & Configuration Management team within Technology and Communication Services Command. Provide high-quality analysis and evaluation of financial and operational performance to inform management decisions, and to underpin effective budget formulation, forecasting and projections.

The role leads Technology Financial Management (ITFM) activities across TCSC, including technology cost management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, and financial analysis. The position provides strategic advice and insights to support investment decisions, improve transparency of technology costs, and strengthen financial accountability across services, platforms, assets, and contracts.

The role also leads and develops a team of ITFM Analysts, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement outcomes.
