DPIRD seeks a Senior Customer Service Officer to deliver frontline information and administrative support for NSW marine parks from Narooma or Jervis Bay. You will respond to inquiries, process permit applications, prepare correspondence and maintain records.
Ideally you bring Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity, NSW driver licence, and a commitment to accurate, timely service while collaborating with staff and engaging with communities and advisory committees.
