Service Administrator | Minchinbury

Full Time hours | Established Fencing & Construction Business

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join an established and growing business based in Minchinbury.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys a busy setting and has a strong customer service focus.

Working closely with customers, trades and the internal operations team, you will play an important role in coordinating service jobs, scheduling technicians, managing customer enquiries and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

About the Role

- Coordinating daily service and maintenance jobs
- Scheduling field staff and managing job priorities
- Liaising with customers regarding bookings and job updates
- Processing work orders, quotes and invoicesFollowing up outstanding jobs and ensuring timely completion
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- Supporting the operations team with general administration
- Communicating with customers,



suppliers and internal stakeholders

About You

- We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in service administration, scheduling or a similar coordination role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident dealing with customers and trades
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- A strong communicator with a proactive approach
- Confident using computer systems and learning new software
- Reliable, professional and someone who takes ownership of their work
- Experience within construction, trades, fencing, facilities, maintenance or a service based setting will be highly regarded.
