THE ROLE

As Senior Operations Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our field crews, clients and management team. You'll own the day-to-day scheduling, logistics and compliance that keep our TMA, Pod and Ute fleets and crews moving — and bring your experience to mentor others and continuously sharpen how we operate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Coordinate daily and weekly crew and vehicle scheduling across our TMA, Pod and Ute fleets
- Allocate personnel to jobs based on competency, ticket currency and client requirements
- Manage last-minute changes, shift swaps and callouts to maintain coverage
- Liaise with site supervisors, project managers, clients and our technical services team on job requirements, start times and authority/permit approvals
- Monitor job progress and escalate issues such as equipment faults, no-shows or safety concerns
- Organise the logistics of owned and hired traffic management vehicles and plant
- Ensure every worker deployed holds current TM tickets, White Cards and client-mandated accreditations




- Maintain accurate records in scheduling/Traffio systems and support audit and non-conformance reporting
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new field employees with the HR team
- Flag workforce entitlements (distant work, public holiday rates, overtime) on Traffio dockets
- Be a key point of contact for client scheduling queries and service delivery updates

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 3–5+ years' experience in an operations, scheduling or logistics coordination role — ideally within traffic management, civil construction or labour hire
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- High attention to detail, particularly in compliance documentation and record keeping
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and scheduling/Traffio software
- Current Victorian driver's licence

NICE TO HAVE

- Knowledge of Victorian traffic management regulations and accreditation requirements
- Familiarity with the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 (MA000020) or relevant Enterprise Agreements
- Experience managing traffic management fleet logistics
- Understanding of WHS legislation in field-based operations
- Traffic Management (TM) ticket or hands-on industry experience
