Workyard is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, blending creative strategy with data-driven media buying. You will plan campaigns, manage spend, brief creatives, read data, and translate insights into tests.
The role sits in the Growth team reporting to the Organic Growth Lead, with a hands-on focus on both numbers and messaging to drive CAC, pipeline, and ROAS in the U.S. market while based in Australia.
