Job Description

Wellways is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Windsor and surrounding regions. You will provide practical, culturally protected, recovery-focused support within the Community Living Support (CLS) program, helping participants build independence and reconnect with culture, family and community.

Key duties include developing recovery plans, coordinating with families and services, and traveling across the region to meet participant needs.
