PMO Assurance Officer – TSPV/PA Cleared | Risk, Delivery & Portfolio Assurance

Join a high-performing program management setting where you will help strengthen assurance across complex projects, programs, and portfolios. This role is ideal for an experienced PMO or assurance professional who can assess delivery performance, support test and evaluation activities, analyse risk and financial information, and provide clear reporting to support executive governance and confident decision-making.

Location QLD, ACT or VIC – Onsite

Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 1 x 12-month extension option

Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance.

Essential Tasks

n

- Support risk, financial, test and evaluation,



delivery health, and benefits assurance activities across a complex portfolio
n
- Analyse project and program information to identify trends, risks, issues, and escalation requirements
n
- Coordinate testing, readiness assessments, evidence collection, assurance actions, and reporting
n
- Contribute to portfolio reporting, executive governance, assurance reviews, and continuous improvement activities

Key Criteria

n

n
- Demonstrated experience providing portfolio, program, or project assurance within complex delivery environments
n
- Strong capability in measurement, performance analysis, risk reporting, and quality assurance
n
- Experience conducting formal reviews or assessments and preparing clear findings, recommendations, and risk insights
n
- Ability to provide specialist advice and engage effectively with project, program, technical, and executive stakeholders
