The Role:

- Build new managements through warm leads, referrals and database prospecting.
- Convert a steady stream of inbound enquiries and sales referrals.
- Conduct rental appraisals and secure new business opportunities.
- Prepare management authorities and listing documentation.
- Showcase rental properties and host open homes.
- Drive growth of the rent roll through relationship-based business development.

The Candidate:

- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential.
- Direct experience in a Business Development role.
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- You will be well-presented, organised and have excellent administration skills.
- Valid driver's license.
