Immediate Start Available Mind Body Recovery is a fast-growing wellness and recovery centre focused on helping people feel better, recover faster, and perform at their best through science-backed recovery and wellbeing services.

We offer premium recovery experiences including hot and cold pools, steam rooms, infrared saunas, compression therapy, remedial massage, and a stretch/recovery space in a modern, community-focused environment.

We are looking for an energetic and driven Manager who is passionate about wellness, people, sales, business growth, and creating an exceptional member experience.

This is not a “sit behind a desk” management role. We want someone who thrives on building community, leading from the front, driving memberships, improving operations, and helping grow the business to the next level.

About the Role

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre while playing a key role in business growth, sales, customer retention, staff leadership, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with ownership to help scale the business, improve systems, increase memberships, and create an industry-leading recovery and wellness experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive membership growth, sales, retention, and community engagement
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth centre performance
- Oversee staff rostering, training, and accountability
- Build relationships with local gyms, sporting clubs, businesses, and wellness communities
- Handle customer enquiries, escalations, and member satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance,



and operational efficiencies
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
- Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards across the facility
- Create a positive, energetic, and high-performing culture

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly motivated and growth-focused
- A natural leader with strong people skills
- Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, or recovery
- Confident in sales and customer relationship management
- Organised with strong operational and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience

- Previous customer service, sales or leadership experience
- Experience in wellness, fitness or customer service industries
- Solid sales and business development mindset
- Experience using Mindbody software is highly regarded (common in pilates, yoga, wellness business set ups)
- Social media and community engagement experience is an advantage
