Synergie is currently seeking to fill multiple roles across the Manufacturing and Warehouse space for a growing business located in Scoresby.

Your key responsibilities for each role include:

Warehousing:

- Supplying raw materials to production.
- Receiving, storing and moving raw materials safely.
- Preparing materials for production and assisting with machine changes.
- Operating a forklift and completing daily forklift checks.
- Moving finished products to the packing and finished goods areas.
- Preparing and stretch-wrapping pallets and ensuring labels are correct.
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control.
- Assisting with product packing and quality checks.
- Setting up and reloading robot cells and restarting machines during production runs.
- Following all safety, quality and operational procedures.

Manufacturing:

- Safely operate within the Bar Processing area to meet daily production requirements
- Operate machinery including bandsaws and bending machines
- Conduct first-off inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work workplace
- Identify and report hazards, risks, or safety concerns
- Work collaboratively with the team and communicate with the Leading Hand regarding production and material needs

About You:





- Has experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment.
- Holds a current forklift licence (essential for warehousing roles).
- Is reliable, punctual and safety focused.
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Has good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Is willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
