Mr Vitamins | Full-Time | Sydney, NSW The Role

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to support our Head of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator across day-to-day marketing activity. From multi-channel campaigns and content to in-store material and reporting. It's a hands-on, varied role suited to someone organised, proactive, and happy to juggle multiple projects at once.

What You'll Do

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels.
- Brief, coordinate, and manage all point-of-sale and print material for our stores.
- Assist with content production, editing, scheduling, and digital banner creation (social, email, web).
- Communicate with shopping centres and manage artwork and promotions for centre requirements.
- Create and support creative/graphic design work using AI tools.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (store teams, practitioners, product team) and external suppliers on campaigns, print, and stock requirements.
- Support supplier campaigns, from briefing through to in-store rollout.
- Help manage marketing calendars, briefs, and project trackers.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing function.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor of Business, Marketing or Comms
- 1-year preferred experience
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Comfortable using AI tools and Cap Cut for content creation and editing
