The Role

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our close-knit team, based in our Perth CBD office. This is a 6-month contract position, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in supporting the organisation's operational and strategic objectives by transforming business information into professional, engaging and on-brand communications. Reporting to the Manager of Communications and Marketing, you'll be working closely with our Chief Operating Officer and executive leadership team, in creating a range of internal and external communication materials including presentations, reports, graphics, infographics and corporate documents. In addition, you will:

- Design high-quality presentations for executive, board and external audiences.
- Create engaging reports, corporate documents and communications collateral.
- Develop graphics, charts, infographics and visual content.
- Maintain brand standards, templates and style guides.
- Support the delivery of clear, consistent and professional communications across the business.




- Utilise AI-powered tools to enhance design and content production workflows.

About You

You will make your mark by combining your marketing & design experience with creative thinking, strong execution skills and the ability to collaborate with professionals at all levels. In addition, you will have:
- Prior experience in communications, graphic design, marketing or a related discipline.
- Marketing and Communications experience in an ASX listed company (ideal).
- Strong visual design, formatting and document production capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Highly skilled with AI design tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
