About the role

You will take ownership of a broad range of marketing activities for a premium made-to-measure menswear business. Content creation is at the centre of this position, and you will plan, shoot, edit and deliver premium content across social media, digital advertising, email, the website and other marketing channels. You'll be working inside a visually robust brand, surrounded by custom suiting, weddings, events, interesting clients and a premium showroom environment, with plenty of opportunities to create genuinely great content.

Key responsibilities

- Planning, shooting and editing high-resolution photo and video content

- Creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Meta advertising and other digital platforms

- Managing social media channels and content calendar

- Developing and managing email marketing campaigns, automations and customer journeys

- Planning marketing campaigns throughout the year

- Managing and allocating the marketing budget

- Overseeing paid advertising across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms

- Working with external agencies and suppliers where required

- Managing events, activations, wedding expos, collaborations and brand partnerships

- Monitoring campaign performance, leads,



conversions and marketing ROI

About you

- Previous professional experience producing high-quality digital content

- Demonstrated experience with photography and videography

- Strong video editing skills

- Experience managing social media accounts professionally

- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns

- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads

- Experience managing marketing budgets

- Experience managing websites with e-commerce

- Strong written communication and copywriting skills

- Understanding of analytics and marketing performance

- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
