Job Category: Marketing Campaigns The Australian Ballet is one of the world’s leading ballet companies and a globally recognised Australian national performing arts organisation. Each year the company presents upwards of 220 performances through its main stage seasons in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth; along with public programs, special events, an extensive regional tour, a Children’s Ballet and Education programs and regular overseas tours.
The Marketing Executive (Digital & CRM) helps deliver high-impact campaigns for The Australian Ballet’s mainstage seasons and programs. You’ll bring solid communication skills to help engage existing audiences, attract new ones, and elevate our brand. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns — with a focus on digital and email marketing — while also supporting key partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and other marketing priorities across the company.

Desired Skills And Experience
What you'll need
- Excellent understanding of the digital eco-system, including email platforms and broader online presence.
- Experience in working in sales-oriented workplace.
- Strong copy writing and editing skills. A storyteller who can breakdown technical or complex information and effectively communicate to a range of stakeholders
- Experience implementing marketing or communication campaigns.
- An authentic connection to, or desire to work in, either the Arts or the Creative services sector more broadly.
- Experience in agency or brand/ campaign marketing background is desirable.
