You're proactive, creative, and commercially minded - with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and attention to detail. You're equally comfortable planning a campaign, coordinating on-the-ground logistics, and analysing performance afterwards. What would your day-to-day look like?

Working closely with the Retail Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the Centre's marketing strategy and enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will coordinate campaigns, execute activations, manage digital channels and drive retailer engagement -ensuring everything we deliver is on-brand, commercially focused and executed to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
- Managing and growing digital channels including social media, EDMs, app and website
- Creating engaging content and maintaining a robust, consistent online presence
- Supporting the delivery of centre activations, events and community initiatives
- Coordinating in-centre marketing touchpoints including digital screens, signage and promotional collateral
- Driving retailer engagement and participation in campaigns




- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to improve outcomes
- Supporting the overall customer experience through high-quality execution of all initiatives

Are you someone with?

- A genuine interest in, or some experience with, marketing, retail, events or a similar environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into execution
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Bonus points for (nice to have - we'll help you build the rest):

- Experience across digital platforms such as social media, EDM and CMS
- Photography, videography or design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in event coordination, activations or campaign delivery
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline
