About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, our hands-on Marketing Manager will play a key role in the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives across the Alfa Hospitality and Planet Plumbing Group portfolio. You will work closely with venue managers, chefs, external suppliers, and the wider leadership team to bring our brands to life across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Please note this role is full-time and based in our office in Campsie, 5 days a week (occasionally working from venues where required).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the overall marketing strategy across Planet Plumbing Group and Alfa Hospitality, managing very different B2B and B2C brands, audiences and commercial objectives.
- Take ownership of the Group’s digital marketing and website strategy, including website/CMS management, SEO, AEO/AI search, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, lead generation, analytics and ongoing digital development.
- Manage paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn, including budgets, targeting, optimisation, conversion tracking, performance and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance and reporting, working directly with the CEO and senior management to ensure marketing activity is aligned with business objectives, growth and revenue.
- Take ownership of the Group’s marketing technology,



systems and automation while providing overall brand and marketing direction to the Marketing Coordinator and external suppliers.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, including experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior role.
- Strong hands-on digital capability across websites/CMS, SEO and AEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM, analytics, tracking and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategy while also being able to personally implement and manage the digital and technical side of the marketing function.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, including setup, pipeline management, workflows and reporting.
- Strong B2B and B2C marketing experience, with the ability to manage multiple brands, audiences and commercial objectives at the same time.
- Solid commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills, including budgets, performance, ROI and the confidence to work directly with the CEO, senior management and operational teams.
