About the Role
Reporting to the Campaign Marketing Manager, the Marketing Officer is the operational backbone of the Kleenheat Marketing team, providing essential coordination and administrative support across a broad range of marketing activities. From preparing reports, invoices and budgets to coordinating suppliers, sponsorship deliverables and stakeholder requests, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling competing priorities and takes pride in being highly organised and detail-oriented.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate marketing administration, including reporting, invoicing, purchase orders, budget tracking and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver marketing collateral, advertising and brand initiatives.
Coordinate sponsorship and partnership activation deliverables, including events, hospitality, ticketing, competitions and campaign fulfilment.
Update website content, landing pages and internal communications across digital channels.
Prepare engaging marketing copy for both internal and external audiences across online and offline platforms.
Maintain marketing inventories, merchandise stock and promotional assets to support business activities and events.
Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory and brand governance requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including monitoring the Marketing inbox.
Ensure compliance with marketing, ethical and legal standards (SPAM Act, Privacy Act, Trade Practices).
Perform other administrative duties as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced marketing environment including:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in a marketing coordination/administrative or events-based role.
Some experience with invoicing, purchase orders, records and budget tracking activities.
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience preparing reports, briefs and stakeholder communications.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work across multiple systems and processes in a collaborative team environment.
Experience using workflow management tools such as Monday.com would be highly regarded.
Good experience using a suite of Microsoft office packages, including finance systems such as Oracle or SAP, would be advantageous.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
