Marketing Coordinator

Location: St Peters, Sydney

Salary: c$85k plus super

This luxury furniture brand is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across product launches, digital channels, showroom activity and events. This role will play a key part in coordinating campaigns, managing timelines and ensuring all marketing activity aligns with brand and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, including product and collection launches
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
- Support EDM campaigns, website updates and digital marketing activity
- Coordinate showroom marketing, events and client activations
- Manage external suppliers such as photographers, stylists and agencies
- Maintain digital assets for website, social media and email campaigns
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights





Qualifications

- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role
- Robust organisational and project management skills
- Experience managing websites, digital platforms and social media channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo or CMS tools is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
