? Hiring | Master Scheduler & PMO Analysts | Melbourne

We are hiring for a leading Victorian Government Emergency Services Organisation.

? Location: Melbourne, VIC | Burwood East

? Contract: 3–4 months initially, with strong possibility of extension

? Work Mode: Hybrid | Minimum 3 days onsite per week

? Openings: 1 Master Scheduler + 2 PMO Analysts

? Master Scheduler• 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Scheduling

- Strong experience managing integrated master schedules
- Expertise in milestones, dependencies, critical path and schedule tracking
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills

? PMO Analyst• 4+ years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination
- Strong project governance, reporting and documentation experience




- Hands-on experience with RAID logs, action & dependency tracking
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools

Common Requirements:

✅ Melbourne-based candidates only

✅ Existing VicPol clearance is mandatory

✅ Minimum 3 days onsite per week at Burwood East

✅ ICT / Government / complex program experience preferred
