The Role As a Mechanical BIM Modeller, you’ll be responsible for delivering coordinated, high-quality mechanical building services models and documentation across a range of projects. Working closely with our mechanical engineers and wider building services team, you’ll play a key role in Revit modelling, clash detection, and technical coordination. From early design through to for construction documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Developing and coordinating mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP
- Producing detailed mechanical services documentation, including the design and coordination of HVAC systems, plant rooms, ductwork,



piping services, and controls.
- Collaborating with hydraulic, electrical, fire, and structural teams to ensure coordinated design outcomes
- Participating in clash detection, model reviews, and coordination workshops
- Working within Common Data Environments (CDEs) and established BIM workflows
- Supporting project delivery across commercial, residential, health, and infrastructure sectors
- Maintaining model accuracy and compliance with project standards and timelines
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

- Over 3 years’ experience in mechanical drafting and BIM modelling within building services
- Robust understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC, ductwork, pipework, and plant coordination principles.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP (Dynamo experience highly regarded)
- Experience working within CDEs such as ProjectWise, ACC, or Revizto
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows and BIM standards
- Ability to manage and coordinate mechanical models within multi-disciplinary teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, well-coordinated documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, team-focused mindset
