About the role

As our Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering the clinic, playing a key role in shaping their overall experience. This is a true front-of-house, patient-facing role focused on creating a welcoming, calm and professional environment for patients, clinicians and staff. This role fulfils the traditional medical receptionist function but also plays a key role in ensuring clear communication between patient and doctor.

Key responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for patients entering the clinic
- Welcome patients warmly and assist with check-in flow and waiting room management
- Maintain a visible, calm and reassuring presence at the front desk
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls professionally and confidently
- Book consultations and procedures accurately
- Explain fees, deposits and appointment policies clearly
- Manage payments, invoicing and daily reconciliation
- Coordinate communication between patients and doctors
- Proactively manage cancellations and waitlists
- Support general administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly

About you





- A history of excellent customer service
- A strong customer focus and natural warmth
- Confidence on the phone with a clear, professional manner
- Positive energy and enthusiasm
- Initiative and forward-thinking (you anticipate questions and solve problems)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliability and professionalism
- Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded but not essential for an exceptional candidate with strong customer service experience

- Week 1: Mon / Wed /Thurs /Fri
- Week 2: Wed / Thurs/Fri
- Part-time: 7 day fortnight
- $35–$40 per hour plus super, depending on experience
