Redgum Medical Group currently has an opportunity available for a highly motivated individual to undertake a full time Business Administration (Medical) Traineeship as a Medical Receptionist working across our 3 locations (Corowa, Rutherglen, Howlong), learning the day-to-day operations.
About the Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with a range of administrative tasks including filing, faxing, emails, scanning and data entry
- First point of contact for phone enquiries, appointment making, billing and reception
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Banking and end of day reconciliation
- Maintaining office practice presentation
- Other duties as directed
About You
- Professional, friendly, ability to multitask and work in a rapid pace environment
- Well presented with a mature manner
- Customer Service and computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse number of people
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid and current Car Licence
What to expect:
- A high standard of presentation
- You will be required to work fulltime hours and be willing to work occasional Saturdays, public holidays as per the roster

- Undertake and successfully complete a full time Traineeship in Certificate III Business Administration (Medical)
