Your focus will be:

- Operations: Managing the budget, rosters, and daily village life.
- Compliance: Ensuring the home meets the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and keeping AN-ACC funding optimised.
- Culture: Mentoring your department heads and keeping the vibe positive.

- You must have significant experience in Aged Care.
- You need a solid grip on AN-ACC, clinical governance, and budget management.
