The Tontine Group is seeking a hands‐on Customer Service Leader to drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead the Customer Service team and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Production, Warehousing and Operations to ensure operational excellence across order management, invoicing, credits and returns.
