You'll coach trade business owners who are already doing 60 hour weeks and still going backwards. Some of them haven't paid themselves properly in months. Some are one bad job away from real trouble at home. You're the person who sits across from that and does something about it.
That's the job. It isn't facilitating workshops and it isn't handing someone a framework and hoping. You own the result.
Who we are

Most of these owners are excellent on the tools and were never taught how to run a business. Nobody showed them how to price, how to hire, or how to build something that keeps running when they're not in it. That's the gap we work in.
What you'll actually do
Coach owners 1:1 every week. You'll carry a book of clients and you'll know every one of their numbers.
Run group sessions where people turn up wanting to be pushed.
Get owners off the tools. Get them hiring. Get their pricing fixed.
Read a P&L; and tell them what it means in words they can use on Monday.
Call it when a client is stalling. Then keep calling it until they move.
The hard parts, up front
You're measured on whether your clients change, not on sessions delivered.
Some clients won't do the work. You still have to find a way in.




You'll have an uncomfortable conversation most weeks. Telling someone his pricing is why his family is stressed is not fun, and you'll have a version of that regularly.
The pace is high. We run a lot of sessions and the standard doesn't drop on a Friday afternoon.
Who this suits
You've run a business, or you've coached people who do. Scar tissue, not theory.
You're comfortable with numbers. Not an accountant, but you can look at a P&L; and know what's wrong.
You say the hard thing. Respectfully, but you say it.
You take it personally when a client goes backwards.
Trade or construction background counts for a lot here.
Who it doesn't suit
If you want to advise from a distance, this isn't it. If you need a script, this isn't it. If you'd rather be liked than practical, definitely not it.
What good looks like after 12 months
Your clients are growing profit, not just revenue. They're hiring. Some have stepped off the tools completely. They renew because they're winning. And someone in your group says "this is exactly what I needed" and actually means it.
