Job Description

Beston Group is looking for an experienced HR Officer to support the day-to-day HR function across our Hallam and Tullamarine operations, with field engagement as required.

The successful candidate will bring 5-8 years of HR experience, robust capability in employee relations, conflict resolution, contract negotiation, workplace investigations, counselling and employee support, injury and claims management, case management, OHS and workplace training.
