About the Position
Our CSF Roofing division is currently seeking Experienced Metal Roofers, and Metal Roofing Trade Assistants to join our growing team. You’ll be working across a variety of commercial, industrial, government, and domestic projects, performing roofing, cladding, and associated works.

Your duties will include:
- General metal roofing and cladding duties
- Align, level, and fix cladding using hand and power tools
- Install flashing, insulation, soffit sheeting, and other associated items
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Contribute to a safe, healthy, and collaborative team setting
- Ensure work meets ISO9001 standards and project specifications
- Assist in reviewing procedures and continuous improvement
What you will bring to us: For Qualified Experienced Metal Roofers
- Certificate III in Roof Plumbing (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial roofing
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Working at Heights ticket
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Own transport and tools
For Trade Assistants
- Prior experience on roofing or construction sites (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Driver’s licence and own transport
- Working at Heights Ticket
