You

The brief is open, you could be a specialist broker, or you could be a general broker dealing with mid market/semi corporate clients.

The one key trait is your self motivation and drive to be better than your peers, your ability to stand out to your clients as a professional dynamic broker with good knowledge who gives the client confidence to stay with you.

You may be just an Account Executive with a few years within the industry, or you may be a mid/senior broker tired of not being recognised for your success within your existing company. The company will look at you and not judge you just on how many years experience is behind you.

The role





This isn't a role where you just sit and service a portfolio, this is a role where you will need to work (as a team) on new business strategies, on growth, on creating relationships. You will be great at client presentations and meetings, you will be seen as a broker with a good reputation with insurers, you will have the ability to quote and place business, and then in turn service the risk through to renewal without fear of losing the client - due to your excellent service standards. You will be empowered to make choices, you will have positive autonomy without ever feeling isolated within the business.
