Your new role
As a Mortgage Broker, you'll help clients achieve their property goals while growing your own network and referral base. With strong operational support behind you, you'll focus on building relationships, generating opportunities, and delivering tailored lending solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage loan applications from enquiry to settlement
- Structure and present lending solutions to lenders
- Build relationships with clients and referral partners
- Generate new business through networking and referrals
- Liaise with lenders and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintain compliance and responsible lending standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in banking, lending, finance, or mortgage broking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to business development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
