We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our busy motorcycle dealership.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows motorcycles, enjoys helping customers and takes pride in finding the right parts, accessories and riding gear.

About the Role

As our Parts Interpreter, you will work closely with customers, technicians and the sales team to ensure the correct parts are identified, ordered and supplied efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting customers with motorcycle parts, accessories and riding gear
- Identifying and interpreting parts using electronic catalogues and manufacturer systems
- Processing parts enquiries, quotes, orders and sales
- Ordering and receiving stock
- Picking and supplying parts to the workshop
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory
- Following up backorders and special orders
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
- Merchandising and maintaining a well-presented parts department
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:




- Previous parts interpreting experience, ideally within motorcycles, automotive, agricultural or a similar industry
- A genuine interest in motorcycles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to identify the correct parts quickly and accurately
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Motorcycle industry experience is highly regarded, but applicants with automotive or mechanical parts experience are also encouraged to apply.
