FinXL is seeking highly experienced Quality Assurance and Testing professionals to join a major program of work for a large Federal Government department. You will be contributing to a centrally managed Testing as a Service capability that supports critical, large-scale government service delivery. Roles Required & Technical Skills:

1. Senior Test Analyst (19 Baseline Positions): Minimum 8+ years of experience; expertise testing COTS and bespoke coded products, REST/SOAP web services, and web applications; Azure DevOps experience; ISTQB Foundation certification.
2. Automation Test Analyst (4 Baseline Positions): Experience developing automation scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#; hands-on with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress; CI/CD pipeline integration; ISTQB Foundation certification.
3. Performance Test Analyst (2 Baseline Positions): Expertise in non-functional testing (load, stress, soak, spike, scalability); hands-on with LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or Neoload; bottleneck analysis; ISTQB Foundation certification.

Test Lead / Test Manager: End-to-end testing lifecycle leadership, release governance, defect triage, and executive reporting; ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Test Manager certification.
5. Accessibility Tester (WCAG): Compliance validation against WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A and AA); experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA) and automated tools like axe DevTools or WAVE.
6. Penetration Tester: Authorized security testing across web applications, APIs, and cloud services; expertise with Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap; OSCP, CREST, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
7. Integration Test Analyst: System integration testing across complex enterprise platforms, interfaces, and environments
