Requirements

- 8-10+ years' experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery or Operating Model roles, with proven SIAM implementation experience

- Assess, design, and improve ITSM processes across complex enterprise environments.

- Translate business requirements into practical service management solutions and process improvements.

- 5+ years' experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations with strong ITIL knowledge

- Lead major and critical incidents, coordinating technical resolver groups and driving timely resolution.

- Manage war rooms, escalations, stakeholder communication, timelines and action logs throughout the incident lifecycle.

- 4-7+ years' experience in Incident Management, ITSM or IT Operations, including major incident management in 24 7 environments.





- Design and lead enterprise observability solutions across metrics, logs, traces and events.

- Improve monitoring effectiveness, reduce alert noise and provide service-centric visibility across complex environments.

- 7+ years' experience in SRE, Operations, Platform or Production Engineering with proven observability experience.

- Strong knowledge of up-to-date observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana or Splunk.

- Design and lead end-to-end monitoring solutions across applications, infrastructure and business-critical services.

- Develop effective alerting and event correlation strategies while improving service reliability and reducing alert fatigue.

- 7+ years' experience in Monitoring, Operations, SRE or Production Support, with proven E2E monitoring experience.

- Strong application, infrastructure and observability knowledge, with experience across enterprise monitoring platforms and cloud environments.
