We have an exciting and rare opportunity to get your foot in the door to the Music Partnerships and Event industry! The casual Music Partnerships & Programming Assist will assist in the successful implementation and communication of all Music Partnerships promotional activity for NOVA Entertainment. This includes supporting and implementing promotional activity, on air activity and live event implementation for the Nova’s Red Room brand and sub brands.
This role reports directly to the Head Of Music Partnerships and Live Events and is a central liaison point between our internal departments, Audience Engagement, Programming and Commercial Partnerships.
This role has direct communication with artist management, tour promoters, labels and is responsible for distribution of all promotional tickets via Audience Engagement for all promotional activity and event invitations for all NOVA Entertainment brands.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in supporting the organisation of live events and partnerships.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across industries and time zones.
- Previous Live Event, Radio or Music Industry experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills is a crucial requirement for this role.
- Live Event Management experience is preferred for this role / skillset.
- Ability to work under pressure and be solutions focused is vital to this role.
- The employee needs to be a self-starter, have a passion for music/pop culture and knowledge of music trends whilst being inspired to make great radio by entertaining and connecting to our listeners.
What your day to day will look like:
- Assist with all Music Partnerships lead activity inclusive of promotional activity requirements and events, to support the Music Partnerships team.
- Prize facilitation, prepping entrants, contest sheets, digital briefs, Terms & Conditions, Audata and other administrative tasks as set by the Music Partnerships and Live Events Project Manager.
- Day to day administrative tasks as set by the Head of Music Partnerships and Live Events and project management of all Music Partnerships lead promotional activity and activations/events.
- Managing all promotional ticketing, ensuring on air commitments are delivered and the provision of post analysis and airchecks for on air Music Partnerships promotional activity.
- Preparing post campaign analysis including post & pre-times, air checks, etc. for specific clients as required.
- Liaising with music industry partners including artists to fulfil show requirements and artist hospitality riders.
