Multisite Venue Manager - Sydney Airport T3 (SSP Australia)

About the Role SSP Australia is seeking an experienced and passionate Multisite Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple venues at Sydney Airport Terminal 3.

This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader to lead teams, drive operational performance and deliver consistently high standards across our T3 venues.

You will work closely with the senior leadership team to support daily operations, develop your teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced airport environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork across all venues.
- Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple venues, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Team Development: Train, motivate, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Venue Managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams to create a cohesive, high-performing operation.
- Commercial Performance: Support sales, labour, stock and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure food safety, WHS, RSA and company standards are consistently maintained.
- Brand Ambassador: Ensure brand standards and reputation are maintained across all aspects of the operation.

What Skills & Experience Are We Looking For?

- 3+ years' experience in a hospitality management role, ideally in a multi-site or high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong operational and commercial management skills.
- Experience managing labour, budgets and stock.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, WHS and hospitality compliance.
- Current RSA Certificates.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.




- A hands-on leadership style with a positive, can-do attitude.
