Essential Functions Of The Job

We are Looking for Murex Consultant for a contract of 3-4 months role based out of Melbourne.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

· Should have worked on Murex version 3.1.

· Should have been Involved on interfacing Murex with different front office systems and supporting Murex in Production support environment.

· Prior experience working in an Agile Project Environment.

· Strong understanding and qualified experience of cross asset class derivative valuation models covering interest rate, FX, equity and credit derivative products.

· Murex Product knowledge across Front Office,



Operations and / or Finance areas. · Proven Murex configuration or development experience in following areas.

· Support of market data reviews and exceptions. - Integrating new instruments, market data requirements and valuation testing within Murex.

· Pricing environment configuration and market data setup, such as yield curves and volatility surfaces.

· Supporting internal and external valuation queries relating to Murex.

· Supporting customized valuation reports.

· Providing oversight of the Murex workflow in straight through processing and the impact on downstream accounting systems, collateral management systems and reporting feed generation.
