Role Description: You will lead the planning and coordination required to successfully industrialise new products and prepare them for production release.

You will work across multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently,



consistently and to the required quality standards.

Your work will span pilot builds, manufacturing processes, tooling and documentation, configuration and BOM development, manufacturing risk, production performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline, with relevant technical experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, configuration management and quality systems.
- Experience with ERP, PLM and/or manufacturing execution systems.
- Solid cross-functional capability and confidence working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar quality systems will be highly regarded.
