Ongoing professional development opportunities supported by our Education Team
A collaborative, values-driven workplace with a strong focus on quality care and people.

About Thompson Health Care:
We are a family‑owned company, with five decades of experience in aged care across NSW. Our focus is on delivering the highest standard of care and service in environments that are safe, welcoming and genuinely homelike.
Thompson Health Care promotes a safe, inclusive and supportive culture, with a strong emphasis on education, leadership development and explicit career pathways.
The reason our residences immediately “feel like home” is because Thompson Health Care is a family company, not a corporation.
When Faith and Wal Thompson established the first nursing home in 1965, their goal was to create a new standard of excellence in aged care accommodation and resident care. That commitment to excellence is now maintained by three generations of Thompsons.
Our ten nursing homes stretch from Bowral in the Southern Highlands, throughout the Sydney Region and to Kempsey on the mid‑north coast, Thompson Health Care is a family owned and operated company with over four decades of experience.
