As the Site/Project Manager you will coordinate and oversee the daily planning and operational works on site. This will include:

- Manage changes to project scope
- Build, develop and grow business relationships
- Effectively supervisor, advise and mentor project staff
- Coordinate the various trades and materials
- Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation
- Oversee the variation process
- Prepare and authorise project program schedules

Qualifications/experience

- QBCC Builders license




- Minimum 3 years' experience with successful delivery of landscape construction and building projects
- Solid Project management skills (including use of MS Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
