As Nurse Unit Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring people receiving cancer care experience protected, coordinated and compassionate services. From leading a skilled nursing team to guiding service improvements and clinical excellence, you'll help create positive outcomes for patients, support staff to thrive and contribute to the future of healthcare in the region.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant Australian regulatory authority.
- Strong leadership experience in nursing services, including workforce, resource and operational management.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative multidisciplinary relationships and positive team cultures.
- Proven capability in quality, safety and continuous improvement within a healthcare environment.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in Nursing, Health Management or a related field and/or experience leading complex clinical services through change and growth. Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage while creating exceptional experiences for patients, families and colleagues.
