- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant Australian regulatory authority.
- Strong leadership experience in nursing services, including workforce, resource and operational management.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative multidisciplinary relationships and positive team cultures.
- Proven capability in quality, safety and continuous improvement within a healthcare environment.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in Nursing, Health Management or a related field and/or experience leading complex clinical services through change and growth.
