About The Role

As an Occupational Health Assessor, you will provide onsite occupational health services to workers and clients, supporting injury prevention, health assessments, and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

- Conducting pre-employment and occupational health assessments
- Performing medical screenings including audiometry, spirometry, ECGs, drug and alcohol testing, and functional capacity assessments
- Supporting fitness for work and injury management programs
- Coordinating medical appointments and liaising with healthcare providers when required
- Building strong relationships with clients and workers
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards




- Supporting workplace health and safety initiatives

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist, Registered Nurse, Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, or Occupational Health Technician
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
